camera will not scan qr code

The camera will not scan qr code when I am trying to use IP Scanner to scan a qr code on my phone screen? Why is that?

IP Scanner's camera feature will not work if the device is set to a black background, we recommend taking a picture of your qr code against a white or light-colored backdrop so that the QR Code and logo can be seen clearly.

Otherwise, please try disabling the front-facing camera during QR code scanning.

Please note: you can only scan qr code with the IP Scanner on devices that have a camera.

The problem is that we cannot use IP scanner's camera feature to scan a qr code on our phone screen when we want to use IP scanner's app for scanning codes and information about products etc, or to see contents of such line-arrays of qr codes in TV commercials when we are watching TV programs with IP scanner app installed on our phone screen. QR code is a two-dimensional bar code made up of black and white segments on a square background. It is scanned by using camera and read by smartphone apps. There are two types of QR codes: static QR codes which contain information such as company logo or phone number, and dynamic QR codes whose content changes instantly in real-time when scanned. The camera will not scan Dynamic QR Code because it requires hardware acceleration for the camera to scan it successfully. I just got a new phone and my camera will not scan qr code. I've tried everything but it's not working. What could be the issue?
